I order a level u Pro from Noon and the day I received it have some white stains on it and when ever both magnet attached it make auto phone call or play music from sound cloud i use for IPhn. I requested for return and they refund in my Noon wallet instead of reverse into my bank a/c and agent said if you want refund into you bank a/c it will take 14 to 30 days which make me totally speechless what to say.
And an other issue which i face i order 5 product and I received on 4 different days single item each day which totally headache and delivery guys call you while they are outside your bldg or appt saying if you not home then tomorrow i will come again which is totally unprofessional way to treat you customer.
And i dn know why they nit deliver whole item together instead of single single product.
I make an order for my Abudahi home 1st they pick wrong address then they auto delete that address and send me an email your order dispatch for Dubai then again I contacted them and let see when i get my order still looking to get those item to receive.
Noon need alot of improvement for customer care
