this is unbelievable, there is something seriously crooked about this company.
I am the one who posted the review below stating "AVOID AT ALL COST"
in exactly 2 mins after submitting my review i get an automated reply:
"we are extremely sorry about the shopping experience you've had with us. We assure you that this isn't the experience we intend to provide. ...."
this is how bad this company is, that they have made an automated apologetic reply in anticipation more frustrated customers, they had so many that a human couldn't keep up typing apologies.
it gets worse, they actually revealed my name in their reply although i have set my option to anonymous, which is a major violation of my privacy.
add to it that they are LYING in their replies as well :
"it was nice getting in touch with you to understand your concerns in detail and rectify them to ensure an exceptional customer experience."
NO BODY talked to me or got in touch with me or resolved anything, they just want to give the impression to this site readers that they are concerned about the customer and they have resolved all the issues, this is a LIE
