I purchase few days back for QCY TWS BT5.0 Wireless Earphones With Dual Mircophone White 10 meter. The item was perfectly fine, but only to find out the charger is not working properly, i wanted the same product but they told they don't have the exchange item policy. They told only two options refund and credit in noon account. so I choose the credit so I can use it for future purchases but its really frustrating because they told item will be pickup only within 24-48 hrs and another 24-48 hrs will take to check the item and only after 4 business days it will be credited. and up to now no update from them. It is very disappointing and frustrating, its not my fault either that the product is not working. So i need to wait to fix this and to be able to purchase again.
