Bought a new iPhone. Once received checked the serial number on Apple website. It says "this device has been replaced"

Called the customer service on 15 Oct 19, warranty and claims person Salaheldin, hangs up the phone.
Called customer service again to request a call back. Then shared all information as requested, receive an email next day warranty claim closed.
Called customer service again, then warranty and claims person Salaheldin calls me again requesting all the information again. So I shared it again this morning. Now some other department will call me to see what happened.
And they have a 24 hour response to reach back to the customer and 21 days to attend the issue.
Bought this as a gift for my sister. So put down with their service.
