Very bad experience from noon.com, i ordered mi band 4 Chinese version with nfc (model number- XMSH08HM_CV) from noon on sep 25 (Order id- NAEB90007965539). I got the wrong product, they send me the wrong model(i received XMSH07HM). I returned the item and wait for the refund. Then after refunding, i placed the next order of the same item (order id-NAEBA0076141458), after they send me the order confirmation message, i contacted noon customer care and said that last time i received wrong product and i said the excat model number i want. Then 2nd time the product didn't ship after the expected delivery date. Then i contact noon customer care and finally i got the product and again i got the wrong product for the second time. Then i returned the item and wait for the refund and after i get the refund, i ordered it for the third time (order id- NAEBA0007222952) then for the third time, i got the wrong product. Now they are asking me to return the item.
