I made a purchase for iPhone 7plus 128 GB with facetime and I haven't received the product on time. When I enquire about the delay in shipment they said they need 5 more business days to complete my order. So I cancelled product and i request for refund as the mistake is from noon. Then they said firstly they need to receive the product to the origin of shipment. Since I didn't receive the product I don't why they told this to me. Once the product reaches the origin then it will take another 14 days to 30 day to refund into my account.
