I bought a Samsung Galaxy note 8 Dual Sim from noon on Nov. 24th and received it next day. When I opened it, I found these problems:
1. Headset not Samsung brand
2. Booklet clearly noticeable that it's copy (the quality of ink)
3. The mobile it self when I start it It takes me directly to the main menu which is not the case with the original mobiles.
All these points shows that the mobile is not an original.
I called the customer service and did a complain and they confirm that from what I said it seems to be not an original item. They proposed to proceed with the return process which will take 48h for collection and 48h for inspection then they will credit my account with the point and I have to call again to ask them to transfer the money to my account which will take from 2 to 4 weeks.
Very bad customer service. They don't care about the customer.
It will be the first and last time that I will order from noon.
