Ordered a Galaxy Note 10+ for birthday, the seal had another seal underneath it that had been tampered. We specifically paid a bit more and made sure that the supplier was 'NOON' and not an unknown merchant listing on Noon as we wanted to avoid this. We thought that since Noon is affiliated with Emaar we could trust this brand and that we would not experience this. We're very dissapointed with our purchase. We spent a lot of money for a genuine, latest and new phone. We got a tampered phone. We predict we'll get an auto response of "Hi , we are extremely sorry about the shopping experience you've had with us. We assure you that this isn't the experience we intend to provide. The concerned team has been advised to get you updated as soon as possible, If you're in need of any assistance, we are always here to help through any customer support channel. Shukran!" and do not get our issue resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. We hope Noon proves us otherwise...
