Even prior purchase i had a chat with noon customer service and they did confirmed that its 100% authentic
I received an unbranded item (different item)
When i did call them to return they kept promising to return
But after 2 weeks i received a call from noon informing me that they cant do the return it was their mistake but they cant do a return cause it was a non returnable item (hardware)
