They don’t understand e-commerce business, they sold me a bicycle in A box with no manual or instruction sheet on how to assemble the product. moreover , the box was missing two main pieces.
I called Customer services 4 times so far and every time they say give us 48 hours to fix it . It had been 2 week and no resolution.... It has been one of the worst ecom experience I’ve had, and what makes it worse is that I’ve escalated to their team leaders and still nothing resolved—- STAY AWAY FROM NOON, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
