I have purchased one headset last week joy room airpods I was using this same airpod for last 3 month I never come across a problem with this brand so I purchased one more airpods for my friend shipment got delivered my friend started using it first day it was perfect second day it is not working then we tried to contact noon they will without box they can't accept this deliver what kind of pathetic service we are buying something to use it and we are not expecting this so how can we keep the box after that noon there is no reply just 110 aed shipment they can't refund or replace the same what If it is expensive.i don't know how a company like noon can't be responsible for this complaints if they can't take the responsibility why are they running this ecommerce business...
Even I am handling ecommerce but I don't know how can they treat there customers like this .......
