I had ordered A fossil gen 5 watch which was delivered to me on 22nd march,2020. I was recording the unboxing to share it with my family and to my surprise I find a different item in the box. The issue was highlighted to the team the same monent and the return was accepted by team noon. Post return of the item I had to have a strong follow up with the team and few timea the time team put me on hold for more than 30 mins thereby forcing me to end the call. They somehow on 29th march, 2020 email me that they have sent the correct item. I have sent plethora emails and video link to the team but to my surprise they are in denial mode. I have all the emails and whatsapp chats which clearly shows how the team has vaccilated the issue and have not yet provided me the solution. I am literally broken due to this incident. Guys please beware , you might end up in the same place. I should have read the reviews before trusting them.
