Order an item expected delivery 31st of March. The item was ready and stood in the warehouse till I emailed them to cancel my order since it was passed the deadline. The hit me with the "another 48h" like you'll read around here.
The next day it started moving. However it still did not reach me. Later in the evening they wrote me an email saying I could not be found at my provided number, funny cause I was next to my phone the whole day and had no missed calls. I asked for proof of a reasonable attempt to contact me but of course they don't provide.
The repeatedly ignored my request to cancel the order and kept asking for patience on my behalf. Now they are not replying.
I wish I just used Amazon instead, rather than having this headace.
