I had placed an order for a few items upwards of 250AED for which the estimated delivery date has already passed. I'm still unable to contact your customer service to understand the delay and to find out when exactly my items are going to be delivered.
This happens to be the first time I've ordered on Noon and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. If you continue to remain unresponsive like this, I'll be forced to turn towards more reliable websites like Amazon from next time. On that note, please look into solving my issue.
