I had ordered a phone case last week on 26th March, a day before the expected delivery date (2nd april) i received a message mentioning about a delay, upon contacting customer reps through chat twice they confirmed it would deliver on time. On the date of delivery i receive a call saying that it will not be delivered when asked for when i would receive it i was told to give another 48hrs, i waited till today with no calls or messages I simply cancelled this order and took my refund. The most pathetic online shopping service, customers buy expecting items to be delivered on the mentioned date if you cannot deliver this by that date you should say this early or you should not accept new orders. I ordered the same case on Amazon today and my order will be delivered on Monday(confirmed) . I have another pending order for a phone to be delivered on Tuesday by noon. If i dont receive this on the mentioned date im completely going to stop purchasing anything from noon in future and will not recommend it to anyone to do so either Cancelled Order - NAEC30091368234 Pending Order - NAEC30043152756
