If you cannot deliver items as per the mentioned delivery date you should either inform early or not accept new orders and first clear you backlogs. I have one more pending order if this is not delivered by the mentioned delivery date im completely going to stop ordering from noon in the future and will not recommend noon to anyone. I had to cancel an order because they exceeded the delivery date and gave no updates on when to expect it.
