Delivery was not only 5 days late but incorrect model.
Received a text message 2 days prior to scheduled delivery date informing that there will be a delay with my order. Called customer service and was told that the ordered product is not in stock.
Perhaps the item was not even available in the first place and yet still being listed on their site.
Raised a complaint in regards to the delay prompting them to take actions and that ended up to another mishap. Unfortunately, item received was not the exact model listed on thier site and definitely not what I've payed for.
Raised a return request and hopefully get a full refund on this.
