I ordered a Samsung 2.1ch Series 4 Soundbar System With Remote HW-R450 Black on 25th March, 2020. It was delivered on 27th March, 2020
After unpacking it, I discovered it will not come on because the power cable to the sound bar didn't clip and was pulling off.
Made a RETURN order same day. Product was picked up by NOON Agent on 28th March, 2020.
Since then I have called customer care number, did whatsapp chat, but unfortunately no one picked the call nor replied message.
I mailed the HELP email, then someone replied and gave assurance that the matter has been escalated and will be updated soon. I was told to give them 72hours.
Unfortunately till today as 72hours as long expired, nothing whatsoever has been heard nor a refund done nor replacement given.
I have purchased stuffs on NOON with good reviews before, but with this, ITS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
