i have been facing delay with my order from NOON and the customer service agent has been advising it will be delivered in the next 24 hours. and that is the answer i get everyday.
they are blaming the delay due to the current situation in the country but the same seller sent me another item in the purchased list.
same supplier needs to send me the other item.
so my conclusion is that noon is allowing people to cheat buyers by allowing them to post online items that they actually don't have. and they don't penalise them for causing issues.
