I would be embarrassed to admit to working for this company. They provide the worst customer service experience in uae.
After ordering an item on 26bmarch with delivery date of 2nd April, on 5th April the web site still said delivery would be on 2nd!
After talking to 2 reps on the phone I was told best thing was cancel the order and reorder. Promised to expedite to beat the stated delivery of 9 April.
After multiple emails and calls to them I am still with out product on 19th April. But the web site says I will receive on 9 April.
I demanded to speak to supervise on multiple occasions but was always promised a call back which never happened.
However I have been.bombarded with emails either saying - we tried to call but you weren't available, or else asking was I satisfied with the experience.
Honestly I don't think there is a sentient being reading the emails. There are just robotic responses.
I have sent multiple emails with I creasing levels of frustration - always get the same robotic response. Noone is looking at me case.
I don't want the typical anodyne response on this blog saying 'sorry this is not the experience we want you to have, please contact us- it's meaningless platitudes.
I don't want to speak to anyone, I just want my money refunded ( I acquired the product from Amazon - a professional organisation that doesn't mislead it's customers).
My order number ends with 794387. I do NOT want a noon credit - I have no intention of buying from you again.
Refund my money to my card then I will delete the app and my details from your website
