My order no. NAEC40096848758. I had ordered a pair of headphones from noon on 11th April. The estimated delivery date was 16th of April, Thursday. I didn’t receive it on Thursday. So I contacted the customer service in whatsapp on Friday, 10am. They told it will take 48hrs to give an update. I kept following up. On Saturday I called the customer they told I should be getting my item delivered in 48hrs. On Sunday like at 11:00 am I asked them in whatsapp about the updates on delivery. They were speechless. I kept asking them. They then called me and didn’t give any info. Then I called them again after something. The person at the customer service told it is going through quality check and will be handed to the delivery people after the quality check and it will be delivered soon. Then on Monday I was waiting for my delivery as the customer service person promised. Nothing came. Then kept following up with them. Then today morning I got a call from the customer service telling they will give an update in 48 hours again. Then I argued with them and they told me I will get my delivery in 2-3 days. Today is 21st of April Tuesday. It has been 10 days after ordering the item, and 5 days after estimated delivery date
