“NAEC40001836060 some items delivered, but my Ender 3 Pro printer was not, the ETA has passed and I emailed customer care. They came back with a excuse of no stuck from seller and they trying to get stock from another seller.
I then immediately went back online and check the same seller selling the same item but at a higher price.
So Noon lied because the seller didn't want to give the item and the original price??? No I paid in advance but I have to wait???
That's poor business. To think I have spend over AED2000 on 2 orders. I should probably just send everything back and start buying from someone else"
the same issue and now it still pending, there customer care services trying to push me to cancel the order, and they never give the answers to my questions, and they never stop lying. and there magic answer "as soon as possible"
I strongly recommend to avoid to buy from noon, amazon they are more professional and committed to there policies.
