One of the worst services i could have ever come across..... After working hard to get a high end mobile phone for the first time in my life it has a fault within 6 months of using....obviously the mobile is under warranty so i go ahead and ask them to do the needful to which i was told that it would take them about 21 days to either repair, replace or refund the amount to me which sounds fair. 30 days passed with continuous calls to them asking them for the status all i get an answer is that or service center representatives are working on it.... 3qst day i call them again and they inform me that they are not able to repair the mobile so they are going to go ahead to give me a replacemenf of the device or a refund which would take another 6-7 working days. Irequested to give me a replacement as i did not want "noon credits" and for sure i get noon credits.. I asked them to transfer the amount back into my bank as i do not want to purchase feom noon again and surely it would take 14-30 days as per bank policy At this point i am literally calling noon everyday to ask for an update cause no one bothers to call or the reason they keep on giving me is "we tried to call you but were not able to get in touch with you" so the whole world can get in touch with me but when noon calls it is unreachable? Hah Sure.... So anyways they inform me that the transfer of the amount has been approved but we are just waiting for managers approval ?? Wait whaaattt does that even make sence lol.... Another funny thing request for transfer to bank account was done on 14th april and so called approval was received on 18th april...upon asking customer service when does the 14-30 days start? Is it from request date or approval date i am told non it will be after 10th May.....So i got to wait for 21 days more before the 14-30 days period evin begins......totally confusing So i give them another option give me a compensation amount for the difference of the amount of the device as the dèvice is very expencive now so that i can place an order for the same amount...."Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" call back after 48 hours to know the update "Sir we will get back to you within 48 hours" Some of the continuous diolgues by noon "Sir we are here to help" "Sir we are working very hard on your case" "Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours "Sir we tried to call you but were not able to reach you" "Sir we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience" Its been 3 months since the start of all this and i am still withiut my new phone....have to use the old phone which lags like anything Conclusion DO NOT BUY FROM NOON EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT
