They hven't refund the amount of order no NAEC40004446352. I had cancelled my order on 26/04/202 and i have been told that the amount will be reflected in my personal account within 7 to 14 days and today is the 14 days. You people dont even bother to update the customers about the refund untill i have to mail you or call you so I even went to the bank about this they inform me no such amount has been credited to my account. What the hell is wrong with you peoples why my balance is being hold for so long time in this kind of pandemic days. This was my first time shopping on noon and was the worst experience i ever had, do you think i will recommend this to anyone. I dont wanna listen nothing plz dont hold the amount and quit telling lies and release the amount. M for sure service like this your company soon gonna bite the dust
