It was stated that my products will be delivered on 10-05-2020 (today) which you also confirmed that it will definitely be delivered on or before that date.
I just did a check online and it amazed me that since 23-04-2020, the tracking status remains the same. This is grossly unfortunately.
Please I need my product unfailingly today!!!
I ordered one earlier, didn't work, returned it, took you forever to refund me. Does it mean I made a mistake by picking another one even at higher price ( AED 494)? Yet you could treat your customer this way?
