After my message to you yesterday, another agent called and I told her I need my product unfailingly on 11-05-2020 else NOON should consider the order cancelled by me and refund me asap. She promised to inform the management. Around 10:41pm I got an SMS that my delivery will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. INCREDIBLE! How may weeks is it now NOON? So if I didn't follow up, Noon would never had told me anything? Enough of this shady deal. Please note that I made it categorically clear yesterday to her (your agent) that if I don't receive it today 11-05-2020, please consider the order cancelled by me and refund me asap.
