The above is my order id. I have received a flex seed instead of chia seed. When i contact the customer service. The agent told me that cant be replaced and i need to wait for 4 working days to get collected or wait for 3 days to get resolution.
This is the worst ever ecommerce company used in my life that sending different product and need to wait for four days to get update.
She denied to transfer me to the floor manager and keep on insisting the wait time which the mistake is from the logistics part and i need to wait for it.
If you cant provide the exact groceries. Please dont run the option of selling the same
