I ordered firewood of 10kg and received charcoal of not even half that weight. Call center refused to put me in contact with a manager and advised that I can either complain about my issue or return the product for a refund. I find it hard to believe that a company of this magnitude does not have a manager on duty to handle situations like this. Reading other online reviews, it seems that I am not the only customer having this issue, which leads me to believe that this is the way noon operates. How hard can it be to deliver the correct items that was ordered? This definitely will make me think twice about using noon again.
