I ordered a fridge on 26th August 2020. It was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd September 2020. I waited the whole day .No one bothered to call and explain why my order is late . I contacted customer support on WhatsApp they lied that I would receive it on 2nd .....today is 3rd.....perhaps they follow a different calendar ! . Today I contacted the customer care , I spoke to an agent called Muna , she is polite but advising me that I will receive a complaint resolution in 24hours added to a late order is ridiculous! When I tracked online , they asked me to get in touch with dropship 161! Completely unprofessional. How dare you refer me to a third party I didn’t deal with in the first place !
Kindly don’t waste your time with noon . I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. I will never order anything again !
