ordered one plus 8 from noon in june and now there's network issue with the phone.raised a warranty claim and they acknowledge the same through mail and promised to get back within 48hrs.Even after 48hrs i didn't get any update from them.On enquiring through whatsap chat they promised to get back within 24hrs and i still waited for 48hrs and no updates yet later when I called them they said theres no such purchase with my mobile number which is really weird.on providing the email adress invoice details and warranty claim details again they have repeated the same dialogue of 24hrs.If this is to continue I will have to report to consumer rights office.
