I have purchased from noon.com. When this item stopped working I have placed a warranty claim in their website. After placing order, 2 days passed no update. Contacted customer care, they apologized., sent email requesting for photos. Next day I sent photos for the same. After 2 days they cancelled the claim stating they didn’t receive photos. Next day again contacted customer care, new claim was placed. Another request for photos came.. Photos was sent to them. Next day I contacted customer care, they said 21 days are there to collect the default item. After 2 days no update from noon. Contacted customer care again, they registered a complaint. After one day I received an email stating claim is closed since I was not reachable.. again next day I placed claim. Now waiting for what will happen.. thinking of how we can register a complaint in consumer rights. This is poor customer care from this company.. this will be my last order from this worst company.. please nobody use this application..
