first, the item i ordered was out of stock and still displayed in their website and so they refunded the money as "noon credit". second, i bought the same item from a different seller, delivery was fast - it came the following day but - wrong item. it was not the item i ordered. returned it back, took them 1 day to pick it up, then 48 hours to do a refund for the "item". then asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the "shipping fee" refund - worst part is that i have to request for it. it was their fault for not checking the item before sending it out for delivery, then you have to file a special request to get a refund of the shipping fee. amazingly stupid.
