I just wrote this in the email I received and hit ‘submit’ and now I have to rewrite it here….
I love the product however the customer service hasn’t been the greatest. Twice I’ve had issues with my order, the first time I ordered two tins and only received one, the second time the package was open and there were no tins at all. When I wrote in to let you know what had happened I received and email back with excuses as to why this could have happened that were beyond No Pongs reach. You did send me my product with rush shipping but no coupon for the inconvenience, just excuses. I’m my opinion sending an email after a bad experience that is full of excuses is completely unprofessional. At this point the only reason I am still a customer is due to your product.
