I used traditional antiperspirants since, well, let's face it, puberty. I tried a deodorant once in the 90's, but my underarms became red and inflamed, so I went back to using antiperspirants. I used to get ingrown hairs and little pimples under my arms though. I changed razor type and that didn't help much, so I thought it was a curse I'd have to live with. I discovered that preventing or blocking natural perspiration was not good for my body, so I tried another brand of natural deodorant, but wasn't crazy about the results, it just didn't smell great. There was an underlying "pong" to put it in your terms! Not to be put off from natural products, I read up on no pong and decided to give nature another go. I was kinda disappointed when my underarms became red and inflamed the first time I tried it. I could have cried. But, I still had one more option - the bicarb free! Well, let me tell you, the bicarb free is now my go-to every single day deodorant! I'm so happy with this product and I've been using it for a couple years now. The original is great, but my favorite is the spicy chai! (I go back and forth between the two.) I'm a subscribing customer and the customer service is unsurpassed. Very happy I found no pong!
