I have been a NO PONG customer and advocate for several years now. I tried many other natural deodorants, and NO PONG is my favorite! I usually order 6 tins at a time, and give them to friends and family to try. My daughters pick up a new tin from my cupboard when they out. A month ago I put in my 6 tin order, and unfortunately we had a break in at our community mailboxes where everyone’s mail was stolen. My NO PONG order was taken! I contacted Canada Post and they advised to contact the sender to submit a claim. I contact NO PONG by email. They replied immediately and resent my order at no charge and no questions. I was not expecting that! Thank you NO PONG! Unbelievable service!!
