Long-lasting pong protection. No Pong doesn't stop you from sweating, but it reduces how much you sweat in less than the time it takes to finish 1 tin. I apply morning and night out of habit, and just a dab extra if I'm about to head out after work or the gym. All delightful scents. Original smells fresh, like lemon myrtle & other light florals. Lavender is strong - great for relaxing at night time or at the start of a stressful day. Chai smells delicious and soothing, just like Chai tea. Flower Power is a nice floral scent, without the lemon myrtle. All scents are great for women and men.
