I was initially hesitant to try No Pong as I have sensitive skin but I took the plunge and bought it just to try when I saw it on the supermarket shelf. It was ok for a few days but then my skin reacted. I contacted the company to ask whether I was allergic to the bicarb (although I use it a lot for cleaning without a problem). They quickly offered a free replacement with the BiCarb Free and I now understand why my skin reacted. No further problems and I have ordered another 6 in the sale. Bonus - buying online direct from No Pong is cheaper than the supermarket and there is no big corporate middle man taking a cut, better for my pocket. Thank you No Pong, I'm a very happy customer
