Cannot fault the customer service and experience with no pong. I was a bit hesitant using the product as I have trialled natural deodorant before and had no luck. I originally went with the original with bi-carb. The product works really well, however, found it stung my arm bits when I was freshly shaved. Otherwise no complaints. I worked with the customer service team and decided to trial the bicarb free, just to see if we can avoid the stinging after the shave and have had no issues. I usually have to re-apply deodorant throughout the day as I naturally sweat a lot, but now I only put it on once in the morning. Couldn’t recommend more!
