I ordered and paid my goods on 08Oct23. On13Oct23 they informed me my goods were out of stock, I pointed out this was not mentioned on their website when buying them. On the 14Oct23 they confirmed it was a matter of days for receiving the goods. On 29Oct23 after 2 weeks of absolute silence I contacted them and was made aware that my goods were shipped 2 days earlier, something they omitted to tell me as they knew I would have cancelled my order. I got my goods on 05Nov23 and requested to return them at their expenses, something they denied. What I found totally unprofessional was that since I was complaining hard, they had the brilliant idea to search the web to gather information about me, 'spying' for example my LinkedIn profile. I strongly do NOT recommend this seller as they are totally unprofessional and they lack basic communication skills. There are hundreds of sellers on the web more convenient than them.
