I was never a big tech guy and tbh I never really cared for VPNs, but recently I moved away and could no longer get my local shows online. I purchased one of the plans they had on discount and went directly to support for help to set it up for streaming. Instead of a BOT like in most places, they had an actual agent show up just a few seconds after coming to the chat. It compeltely shocked me, but in a good way. He immediately knew what to do to help. It took me maybe twenty minutes to go from 0 knowledge to fully set up and watching what I want. Absolutely fantastic work from their team and the product!!!
