The VPN service is good and the support replied on time. Only issues is that it takes a while to effectively been connected to the VPN. It seems there is a short delay between the UI saying your are connected and the effective connection. We experienced this issue many times, so be careful and wait some time before navigating or calling services behind the VPN. Connection from the CLI on Linux, you can clearly see this delay due to the gateway list to be downloaded (after you connect), with a sleep of at least 20 seconds you can be sure the connection to the gateway will be effective, hence navigating behind the VPN.
