I was shopping for new guests towels so I thought of the Nordstrom Rack at the Tempe Marketplace. I asked a store clerk about where the towel section was, and she took me there. She also had to go into the back room to see if they had more of the towels I wanted, and she came up empty. She then went onto to say the other stores would have them but she offered to get them for me and bring them to Tempe Marketplace Store. I was so overwhelmed with this act of kindness. I then found she was the store manager, and her name is Jody. She brought the true meaning of customer service back into my life and you should be proud of having her in your store. Trudi
