Ordered a Chloe bag for XMAS - paid for expedited shipping - they shipped with Ontrac. The shipment was delayed by two days. Finally I got notice it was being delivered on the 18th, waited all day. Then I get a second notice from Ontrac saying it was delivered at 3PM - I had been home ALL day with door open...it was never delivered. Called Nordstrom - basically they were polite, refunded my money and that was it... no effort to say - lets find you a new one and lets get it to you over the holidays -- nothing...like it was no big deal. They did give me 75 dollar gift card for my inconvenience - but nothing about the bag...what has happened to American's # 1 store in customer service- I think they have really gone down hill, and this company they are using for shipping called Ontrac is the worst! They need to step up or they are going to lose their long time valuable customer base.
