I'm besides myself. I contacted nordstroms about a store return and followed the agents instructions to the t. I was told to keep my tracking number so I could prove I had sent it incase it was lost. I ask for a receipt from the post office plus I took pics. 14 days latter no refund. So I called . The boots were brand new never worn plus they were worth $170. I had to speak with 4 supervisor. Only one filed a case. Suddenly I recieved a gift card for $34.83 and called to see what it was for. I was informed my return had been sent over to nordstrom rack and that didn't make sense cause the boots were $97 on their website. The supervisor I got began to grill me and made me feel like a criminal. I ask for my boots to be returned but no they were not willing to do that. That would be considered stealing if I did it I believe. Nordstrom use to be a good company but beware. If you can find your item elsewhere I would consider it. The sad thing is nordstrom use to be customer friendly . No wonder they almost have had to close their doors.
