I ordered a pair of Blondo Shanna Waterproof Bootie as a Christmas gift and when they arrived they were not packaged as new boots (I have purchased many Blondo boots from Nordstrom and they have always come wrapped and with the boots stuffed to protect its shape. The suede boots were loose in the box the suede was rubbed and worn in a few places I called customer services and was told how to return and I ordered a new pair that I was told were coming straight from the warehouse Since they were coming from the warehouse I expected a pristine pair of new boots. While the second pair had tissue wrapped around them they too did not have the normal “stuffing” to protect the boot shape AND this pair looked worse than the first pair as they were stained with little spots. They will obviously be returned with the first pair. When I called customer service about the 2nd pair the representative showed little concern for my dissatisfaction and offered no solution. I also followed up with an email to customer service and their response - they sent me a return label. This is not the quality of service or product I have come to expect from Nordstrom. I have been a long time customer but am now reluctant to ever use the mail order service again.
