I made a purchase of US$419.00 from LA PRAIRIE, and my purchase did not arrive. It was shipped by USPS, and this purchase did not arrive in my mailbox or door. They did not send it with a necessary signature. I did not pay for delivery, nor did I know which method was used. The problem is that they did not refund my money, much less another product. It is absurd for a store like Nordstrom to do this. I am shocked. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
