My order was placed on July 20th; they marked as shipping on 23rd. However, the tacking did not update for over a week. (today is Aug 1st, still not). The tracking showed that FedEx is still waiting for the package, which means the package is still with Nordstrom. After 10 days' waiting, I decided to cancel it, but they refused. The customer assistant didn't even feel sorry about that, whey just said like "it is us, we need 10 days to process your order, just wait". The assistant even refused to communicate with me, he/she said, "we will send email to you when the tracking updates, your order is with the beauty department, I will redirect you there, BYE!"
I shop online very often; most retailers ship within a week, never seen an online retailer takes 10 business days to process an order, and never seen such rude customer service like Nordstrom's.
