From our initial enquiry to finished installation our experience was great. Time and care was taken to help us understand what would work best in our slightly unusual setting (very low rise exterior position) and a site visit arranged to check details. Every care was taken to ensure we got what we needed. No hard sell, just good advice based on expertise gained from years of experience in this field. Installation was prompt, clean and efficient and Mum was able to practice using the stairlift before she 'went solo'. We would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Stairlifts. There are many larger companies, but we felt we had a bespoke service from start to finish which was outstanding.
