What went right is my answer, before,during and after, however !.
My main concern is that I was promised £300 rebate by the salesperson that came to my home (max £400) within 1 month of completion of fitting a new boiler. This due to having loft insulation,double glazing, cavity wall insulation etc. This I am still chasing after 9months and having read all of the reviews, I concur with numerous, on the phone waiting all the time (if you can get an answer,cut off,promise of a reply,email. I have written 3 letters raising my issues and no one has had the decency to respond at all. I also will be taking this matter further and have no hesitation in stating that ! this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with and being a Project Manager myself, do know what I am talking about !!
