The different telephone staff I dealt within the office before we had our boiler installed were first class. I do work in customer services myself and everybody I spoke from the first telephone call too the last was top class and very professional. The two blokes who installed the boiler on the were also very professional, clean and tidy. I have read reviews of the company and yes as like all companies they all have problems as we do not live in a perfect world but everything went very smooth indeed so keyboard warriors take note! Well done everybody involved and go ahead and pat yourselves on the back on a very good job well done.
